Our gym trainers know the best ways to inspire you so that even if your resolve falters momentarily, you'll quickly pick up your pace.

Kevin was born and raised in Utah, growing up in Northern Utah (Cache Valley) working on a farm. He made the long trek to the Salt Lake Valley where he graduated the Spring of 2015 from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science. Long before the 4 years of college, fitness has always been a burning passion for Kevin. In high school, he participated in swimming and water polo. He now competes in triathlons and any other race he can find, with the goal of completing an Ironman. Ever since he can remember, he has always had a competitive nature where he focuses on ways he can improve himself. What fuels Kevin daily is the opportunity his position here at Orangetheory Fitness gives him in helping others not only reach their fitness goals, but improve their quality of life. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing people achieve what was once deemed impossible, which happens more often than not here at Orangetheory Fitness.
Brandon Musselman, aka B or B-Dizzle as Russ Tanner nicknamed him. He was born, and raised in Ogden, Utah. Growing up he played almost every sport basketball, soccer, baseball, and football. He played baseball, and football in high school. Brandon started to pursue his fitness career in 2001 going to Weber State for sports medicine. He wasn't really into fitness until recently, after completing his ACE personal training course. Brandon shares time with his beautiful wife Alyssa, and two amazing little girls Zoe, and Elly, who are his whole world. He is very passionate about his family, and fitness, he takes both very seriously, without your health, and family what do we have? He discovered OTF through an ad on the web, and never turned back. Immediately he was intrigued. Brandon was looking to get back into fitness after a long bout with back surgery. From his workouts here he has gotten back into shape, and wants to help people get their lives back on the right track with fitness. He loves his job at OTF so much next to his family, it is his next passion, he loves seeing people better themselves with healthy lifestyles. He loves how he feels to see so many lives changed because of the OTF community. He feels he has a double win, great personal family and the best professional/work family anybody could ask for!
Marlene McQuivey was born and raised in Louisiana and moved to Bozeman, MT during high school. After graduating from Montana State University (Go Bobcats!), she followed her dreams of living near the ocean to South Florida. There she spent her time working on private yachts in tropical locations around the world and then as a corporate flight attendant. Thirteen years ago, she was hoodwinked by her husband into leaving the ocean and coming back to the Rocky Mountains. Fortunately, that move has provided her with three wonderful children and has afforded her an opportunity to enjoy all of the outdoor activities Utah has to offer.

Marlene has always been an active enthusiast and has been in the fitness industry for years. She has participated in and taught all types of physical fitness, but Orangetheory hooked her from the beginning! She loves the energy, the passion and the scientific theory behind it! She is thrilled to be a part of the OTF community and witness the life changing transformations it provides its members. Marlene is AFAA and NASM certified and when not pushing members at OT, she can be found supporting various community organizations for the underserved and people in need.

COACH SUPPORT

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
