Kristi Smith was born in Salt Lake City, Utah however has lived across the country and even international. Raised in a family of 5 girls with a dad in the Army they were fortunate to live in all different places and travel the world. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University with thoughts of continuing her education but began working with Novell, Inc. The corporate world treated her well and provided great training for her to then become an entreprenuer for the next 15 years. This enabled her to focus on the most important years of her 3 daughter's lives. All her life she has been extremely active, she has ran over 30 marathons to include Boston 5 times and NYC marathon once, with a lot of races of other distances even up to a 50K in between. Upon meeting her new husband she moved to Bountiful after they married. If you have a chance to see her seeing him walk in the room you will see how madly in love she is. Learning of the opportunities to both work and workout at Orangetheory Fitness she knew it was a combination of all her loves. She was also won over by the workout as it opened her eyes to what just running was not giving her. Most importantly she is passionate of helping others reach goals especially when it comes to living healthy and all that entails. She feels strongly that working at Orangetheory Fitness is the best of many worlds and she is grateful to be a part of the Kaysville Team!
Kevin was born and raised in Utah, growing up in Northern Utah (Cache Valley) working on a farm. He met his wife and made the long trek to the Salt Lake Valley where he graduated the Spring of 2015 from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science. Long before the 4 years of college, fitness has always been a burning passion for Kevin. In high school, he participated in swimming and water polo. Ever since he can remember, he has always had a competitive nature where he focuses on ways he can improve himself. What fuels Kevin daily is the opportunity his position here at OTF gives him in helping others not only reach their fitness goals, but improve their quality of life. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing people achieve what was once deemed impossible, which happens more often than not here at Orangetheory Fitness.
